■食物アレルギーをお持ちのお客様へ

ホテル万惣のお食事は主にビュッフェ形式となるため、様々なメニューを同一の厨房、同一の調理器具で調理しており、
加工・調理の過程において提供する食品にアレルギー物質が微量に混入する可能性がございます。

また、ビュッフェ形式の特性上、ご使用いただく菜箸・トング等の共有があること、
食器等の洗浄も同一の場所、同一の洗浄機で行っております関係上、アレルゲンの混入を完全に防ぐことができません。

そのため、お客様の安全を最優先に考え、食物アレルギーをお持ちのお客様用メニューの作成、
お食事に使用している食材のアレルゲンに関する情報の回答や表記を控えさせていただいております。

恐れ入りますが、お客様におかれましては上記をご理解のうえ、お客様ご自身で最終的な喫食のご判断をお願い申し上げます。

なお、アレルギーをお持ちのお客様は、安全な食品(アレルゲンフリーレトルトなど)・食器類のお持ち込みが可能です。
お持ち込みされる場合は予めご予約時にお申し付け下さい。

As meals at our hotel(restaurant) are served buffet-style, please be advised that all dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen using common equipment and utensils. As a result, trace amounts of allergens may be present due to cross-contact during preparation and serving.

Additionally, chopsticks, tongs, and other utensils are shared among guests, and all dishware and equipment are cleaned together, making it difficult to guarantee complete elimination of allergens.

In consideration of our guests’ safety, which is our highest priority, we do not provide detailed allergen labeling or individual responses regarding allergen content in our dishes, nor do we offer special allergy-free menus. We kindly ask guests to make their own informed decisions regarding the use of our restaurant and the selection of food items.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Guests with food allergies are welcome to bring their own allergen-free meals and personal tableware for safety reasons.
